Prototype Tooling and Sampling


Our Tool Room will make prototype injection tooling for your sample parts, so when we fill your endshields, they will be filled as they would be in production. We can usually turn around tooling in 2 weeks. This saves time later, because we get the work done up front.  Any additional samples for evaluation or life test will be quickly filled.  There is no charge for tooling and going through a proper evaluation of production methods up front pays off in savings later - we avoid surprises by designing the production process along with the design of the assembly.  We can also sample several different Permawick lubricants using the same tooling, so you can evaluate for a "best fit".
