Injection Equipment
The Permawick Machine Division manufactures a complete line of injection equipment designed to precisely inject a metered dose of Permawick material into any customers product. The injectors are designed to automate your products assembly process and are available in freestanding single stations or integrated components for unattended, online assembly. Permawick also manufactures injection equipment to customer specifications to meet unique needs.
The Permawick Injection system has three components: a holding tank for the Permawick material, a metering system to set the shot size and tooling to match parts and dispense the Permawick. The metering systems are sized to the amount of Permawick necessary to dispense and are available in piston sizes of 3/8 to 3/4 inches. Ask your Permawick Representative which metering system is right for your application.

Our Metering Systems are available as independent systems for integration into larger assembly equipment. The metering systems have inputs for machine control and can be easily installed into many different production systems.
