This is a database of our Bearing Oil Product Data Specifications grouped by type of oil. If you can't find the information you need, please e-mail us or call 812-376-0703 and ask for the Lab.
Permawick products are a blend of an engineered fiber package and our oils. We currently offer the following types of fiber packages:
| NP |
Used in sintered metal bearing systems; re-circulating, machine injectable |
| HH |
Used in rigid, tin babbit bearing systems; re-circulating, machine injectable |
| PG |
Gel version for sub-fractional sintered metal bearing systems; non re-circulating |
To identify a product data sheet for Permawick materials, use the oil component as the identifier. For example, the product data sheet for 280NP and 280HH can be found using 280. The fiber package is chosen based on the type of bearing being fed, but the oil is the same.
